Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an e-mail that includes the tracking number for your package. All orders ship via UPS from Agape Artisan Jewelry in Scottsdale, Arizona. Please refer to your shipment tracking # for estimated delivery times and confirmation. Agapé Artisan Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather delays, holiday restrictions, or anything outside of packaging and shipping your items.

If your order is time-sensitive, please be sure to include all necessary details in your order notes and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you.  Extra shipping charges may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

UPS with international tracking is used for all shipments outside of the U.S.  The receiver will be responsible for paying any local customs, tariffs, taxes, and/or duty fees incurred from importing goods. These charges are outside of our authority, fees vary and are determined by a number of factors and are therefore not included in our shipping fees. If for any reason, customs cannot reach the receiver, or the fees go unpaid, the order will be returned to us at the receiver's expense. Contact your local customs agency if your order is delayed in customs, as I have no control over this.
